Victoria & Albert’s has been a popular fine-dining restaurant for over 20 years. It offers a multi-course dining experience that features high-quality ingredients from all over the world. The restaurant’s wine collection is impressive, with over 500 selections, and the sommeliers are there to help you make the right choice. If you prefer alcohol-free beverages, there’s a zero-proof menu available as well. The restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine, Matthew Sowers, has spent almost two decades at Victoria & Albert’s. He has also helped create menus for other acclaimed restaurants, such as Remy on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. Pastry Chef Ally Rogers heads the resort’s pastry team. Both chefs work hard to create an innovative dining experience that delights guests. Recently, Victoria & Albert’s was awarded a Michelin star, an honor Chef Matthew and his team are proud of. They hope to inspire future culinary professionals to follow their dreams.

Israel Perez is a dedicated sommelier who has been creating memorable experiences at Walt Disney World Resort’s signature restaurants for over twenty years. He was recently awarded the 2024 Florida Service Award for his work. As the maître d’hotel at Victoria & Albert’s, Israel and his team ensure that every guest has a perfect evening.

Executive Chef Kevin Chong oversees culinary operations and teams at the resort’s 13 food and beverage locations. Culinary Director Chef Scott Hunnel provides his expertise and mentorship to culinary teams across multiple Disney Resort Hotels at Walt Disney World Resort.

Victoria & Albert’s is the first and only U.S. theme park restaurant to receive a MICHELIN Star. It’s also the only Florida establishment to receive the AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star awards. Only 26 U.S. restaurants have received this honor.
