The soap part was a little sad. Even with microorganisms in soap dispensers, using proper hand washing techniques in a public restroom will clean your hands and is the best way to do so. Don’t give people a reason not to wash their hands by telling them they will be worse off if they do because there will be people who will think it’s ok to not wash hands even if they don’t have sanitizer. Use a paper towel to turn off faucets and don’t touch door handles with clean hands. I will judge you if I see you not washing your hands after going to the bathroom even if you claim to have hand sanitizer. I will assume you just wiped your butt. At least wash your hands and THEN use the hand sanitizer if you are that worried about soap dispensers. Also the studies that pushed this fear over public soap dispensers was funded by GOJO because they sell sealed bulk soap refills and they own Purell.
